Our Affordable Garden Wedding Packages

Our wedding packages are thoughtfully designed to be both affordable and elegantly styled, while offering the flexibility to reflect your unique expectations and personal vision. We provide a ceremony-only option, as well as a comprehensive ceremony, reception, and accommodation package for couples who want a complete celebration. The full package includes overnight accommodation for the bride and groom and several additional conveniences to help make your day seamless, comfortable, and truly memorable. Our available extras include a wonderful local celebrant, a skilled onsite photographer, and musical options such as a wedding DJ who also performs live to set the perfect atmosphere.

Ceremony Only - $1599 (2026 Price)

This package offers 3-hour full exclusive access to the entire venue, giving you plenty of time to fully enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings. It includes:

  • A beautifully decorated ceremonial arch

  • Comfortable ceremony seating for up to 50 guests

  • Registry table and chairs

  • Outdoor PA system

  • A wedding aisle setup adorned with elegant flower arrangements.

The venue staff will also take care of the complete setup and pack down, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

We offer two convenient time slots for your celebration — 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This package is available Monday through Thursday. Friday to Sunday may be booked depending on availability.

Ceremony, Reception and Accommodation - $6299 (2026 price)

This comprehensive package grants you exclusive all-day hire of the venue until 10pm, allowing you and your guests ample and unhurried time to fully relax, celebrate, and appreciate the venue’s stunning natural surroundings. It includes:

  • A two-night accommodation stay in the onsite luxurious two-bedroom high-set residence, specially reserved for the bridal party’s comfort and convenience.

  • A beautifully decorated arch with a fountain backdrop for your ceremony, creating an elegant focal point for your special moment.

  • Comfortable ceremony seating for up to 50 guests.

  • Registry table and chairs.

  • Outdoor PA system.

  • A wedding aisle setup adorned with elegant flower arrangements.

  • Undercover dining tables that comfortably seat up to 50 guests, providing a personalised and refined setting for your reception. These tables are tastefully adorned with exquisite flower arrangements.

  • As we are a BYO venue for catering and drinks, you are free to design the reception dinner exactly as you wish, tailoring menus to suit your vision. An RSA‑licensed staff member is provided to oversee our on-site bar and ensure the responsible service of alcohol throughout your event.

  • All necessary dining essentials, including dinner and dessert plates, gold cutlery, serviettes, as well as water, wine, and champagne glasses.

  • A customised welcome sign for your wedding, along with a charming wishing well.

  • The experienced venue staff will take care of the entire setup and pack down, ensuring your event runs smoothly and stress-free.

  • Additional services include (at an additional cost):

    • A highly qualified professional in-house photographer is available to capture every precious moment of your wedding day in stunning detail.

    • A professional local celebrant who will make your special day truly wonderful and memorable.

Photographer

Our in-house photographer is a highly skilled filmmaker who holds a Diploma of Film. Upon completing his diploma, he was honored with several prestigious awards, including Best Short Film, Best Director, and Best Screenplay. Additionally, he received the Best Director award for multiple short films at the 2019 Annual ASIN Awards, highlighting his exceptional talent and dedication to his craft.

Wedding DJ

Our in-house Wedding DJ also performs live, which brings a really fun, personal touch to your celebration. She can move seamlessly between performing live vocals for special moments—singing songs chosen from a pre-selected playlist—and then switching into full DJ mode to keep the dance floor buzzing with the tracks you’ve selected. It creates a great balance of live entertainment and classic party energy, giving couples the best of both worlds while keeping the whole night feeling connected, tailored, and memorable.
